Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent, a season of reflection on our humanity and our need for forgiveness, a time for repentance and penitence, a time for repairing relationships and healing.
For many, Lent is recognised as a time for fasting or giving things up, but today, many people choose to take on new disciplines - praying, volunteering, and becoming involved in new ministries in church or the community.
Join us and begin to observe a meaningful Lenten season.
